On our product photography pricing page, you’ll find all the info you need to get an accurate quote for your project. If you’re ready to move forward please use the convenient form on our pricing page to send us details about your project. At this point, we’re happy to answer any questions you have and send you a detailed quote with payment link.
Each quote arrives, via PayPal, to you with the option to pay online. You may pay with PayPal, any major credit card or by check.
Once payment has been made you will ship your best quality products ready for photography. Be sure to pack your items safely so they are sure to arrive in pristine condition. Upon the arrival of your items to our studio, we will review your project and follow up with any questions or concerns.
Once we receive your products and your approval to start photography and payment has been made, our 10 business day production cycle begins and we begin photographing your product.
When your project is complete we’ll host your photos on a password-protected web page at – www.ZoneTenHosting.com – where you’ll have the option to download your royalty-free, full resolution files.
If you would like your items returned please include either a return shipping label or FedEx, UPS account number. If neither is included when we receive your order we will invoice you for return shipping (actual cost) and upon payment, we will return your product to you. If you do not need your products returned we’re happy to keep them for donation to a local charity.
